The LID572EP has ostensibly the same features as the LID572 except for the external probe attachment. The LID572EP is a hand held scanner uniquely designed to be used in conjunction with the ID100US micro-transponder. The LID572EP standard configuration, is equipped with USB and a Bluetooth module enabling wireless communication to a PC or laptop device. Large amounts of data can be transferred more rapidly and due to the clock speed of the processor, data searching and recovery is extremely fast. The keyboard wedge software is Windows compatible.
